What data we process and why
This website has no forms that send data to our server and no user accounts: the gift card fields only compose a WhatsApp or email message. It does not collect personal data on its own. We process data when you provide it to us through other channels:
- Bookings through Fresha: name, phone, email and chosen treatment, to manage your appointment and send reminders.
- WhatsApp, phone or email: the details you send us, to answer your enquiry or manage your appointment.
- At the centre: relevant health information you share with us (allergies, pregnancy, injuries) to adapt the treatment safely. We process it only with your explicit consent.
Legal basis
Performance of the service you request (booking and treatment), your consent (health data and communications) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiries.
Retention
We keep your data while you are a client and afterwards for the periods required by tax and consumer law. Enquiry messages are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Recipients
We do not sell or share your data. We use the following providers, acting as processors or as independent controllers under their own policies:
- Fresha (bookings): fresha.com/privacy-policy
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland): messaging
- Google (Google Maps, Google Analytics, Google Ads): when the map loads, your browser sends your IP address to Google. With your consent, Analytics and Ads measure which bookings and contacts come from our ads. See policies.google.com/privacy
- Cloudflare: website hosting. May log IP addresses for security purposes.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@massagelab.es or by post to Avinguda del Montgó, 22, 03700 Dénia (Alicante), España. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.
